Job summary

Elementa Wales is seeking a caring General Teaching Assistant to work across Vale of Glamorgan schools. The role supports learning in the classroom, works with individuals and small groups, and helps pupils engage confidently with school life.

Starting ASAP, hours 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday during term time. Applicants should have experience supporting children, strong communication, patience, and reliability, with a positive and flexible approach.

Desirable:

A relevant support qualification or experience with additional learning needs. (beneficial but not essential).
