Job summary

Teaching Personnel is recruiting an ALN Teaching Assistant for a Specialist Resource Base in the Vale of Glamorgan. You will support pupils with autism, ADHD, and complex learning needs, assisting with personalised learning programmes and promoting wellbeing.

You will work closely with teachers, therapists and other staff to create a calm, inclusive learning environment. The role suits someone who understands diverse learning styles and is passionate about helping pupils reach their potential,

We're recruiting an ALN Teaching Assistant to join a highly regarded Specialist Resource Base within a school in the Vale of Glamorgan.

This role would suit someone who understands that every child learns differently and is passionate about helping pupils achieve their potential.

Your role:

• Support pupils with Autism, ADHD and complex learning needs

Ideal candidates:

• Teaching Assistant qualification desirable


• Experience in education, care, youth work or support roles

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
