Toot Hill School is seeking a proactive individual to support learning and pupil welfare. You will work with secondary students, help with safeguarding, and collaborate with teaching staff to maintain a calm, organised classroom environment.

Ideal candidates will hold required GCSEs, a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, and experience with young people. Strong communication, reliability, and team spirit are essential for this role.

Competenze

• 5+ GCSEs including English and Maths
• Qualified in Supporting teaching and learning level 3 or willing to undertake course
