Propeller Academy Trust is seeking an empathetic Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SLD, PMLD and ASD within classroom and school settings.

You will assist with learning activities, therapy programmes and IEP targets, contribute to enrichment activities, and help promote wellbeing, independence and positive behaviour, building strong relationships with pupils, families and therapists.

Competenze

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or equivalent.
• Experience supporting children or young people in school, care, youth work, or similar settings.
• Calm, patient, motivated and a strong team player.
• Experience with EHCPs or additional needs is desirable.
