  • Developing positive relationships to promote independence, confidence, and self-esteem.
  • Contributing to the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress.
  • Collaborating with families, therapists, and other professionals to ensure holistic support.
  • Following safeguarding, health and safety policies to maintain a safe learning environment.

Vetro are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team in a specialist school in Cheshire. The school provides education for pupils aged 2–19 with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and complex needs, fostering an inclusive environment where every learner can thrive. Key Responsibilities
