Job summary

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a Teaching Assistant - Level 2 to support pupils with additional needs in a Wirral primary setting. You will provide calm, consistent in-class and small-group support to help children thrive emotionally, socially and academically.

Qualifications

Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Level 2

Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary

Vetro are seeking a Teaching Assistant - Level 2 to support pupils with additional needs in a welcoming primary education setting on the Wirral. This role focuses on providing calm, consistent in-class and small-group support to help children thrive emotionally, socially, and academically, within a values-led team environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent relevant TA qualification)
• Proven experience supporting children with SEMH/SEND needs in a school or closely related setting
• Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain) and a strong understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality expectations
