Job summary

Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a SEND school in Telford from March 2026. The role involves supporting primary-aged pupils with moderate to complex learning needs, helping them participate and progress in lessons.

You will provide 1:1 and small group support, promote communication and emotional development, and work with teachers and therapists to tailor activities in a calm, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to support pupils with SEND and learning difficulties.
• Experience with pupils with additional needs or communication difficulties.
• Patient, proactive and committed to supporting children with SEND.
• References, DBS clearance and Right to Work in the UK.

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming SEND school in Telford from March 2026. This fulfilling role involves supporting primary-aged pupils with moderate to complex learning needs and communication challenges, helping them build confidence, achieve academically, and enjoy a positive school experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils engage with their learning
• Promote communication skills, independence, and emotional development
