Job summary

TeacherActive Limited in Mountain Ash are seeking a Teaching Assistant to support an ASD class on a 1:1 basis. This immediate-start role requires resilience and a passion for building valued relationships with staff and pupils.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 2 TA qualification and have experience with ALN pupils; Team-Teach is preferred but not essential, and strong classroom management is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant / TA qualification.
• Experience working one to one with pupils with ALN.
• TEAM-Teach qualification preferred but not required.
• Excellent classroom management.

The Primary School are looking to take on a driven Teaching Assistant / TA to work in their ASD class supporting children in their learning on a 1:1 basis. The successful candidate will need to be resilient and have a passion for creating valued relationships with both the staff and pupils they work with.

The successful Teaching Assistant / TA will have:

• Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant / TA qualification
• Experience working one to one with pupils with Additional Learning Needs / ALN
• TEAM teach qualified is a preference but not required
• Excellent classroom management
