Job summary

Eden Boys' Leadership Academy, Manchester is seeking a dedicated individual to provide tailored support to our pupils, helping to create an outstanding learning environment. You will be committed to supporting and developing learning and will work with pupils oneto-one, in small groups, and with the whole class.

The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and technical skills, and will develop relationships across our school and the Star community.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent.
  • Experience of working with children in a school setting.
  • The ability to maintain positive relationships with students and other adults.
  • The ability to work with pupils on a one to one, small groups and whole class.
  • The ability to work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored support to pupils to enable learning and progress.
  • Assist teaching staff in delivering lessons and activities.
  • Develop relationships across our school and the Star community.
