Job summary

Value Education LTD is seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant to support pupils in primary schools across Liverpool. You will assist the class teacher, work with pupils one-to-one or in small groups, and help maintain an inclusive learning environment.

This supply role offers day-to-day, short-term, or long-term assignments with potential for a permanent contract. DBS, patience, and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• DBS / update service is required or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience in school settings is desirable.
• Patient, caring and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Qualifications such as Level 2/3 TA are advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

Salary :£93 - £100 per day

Hours :08:30 - 15:30, Monday to Friday - September 2026

Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for work in primary schools across the Liverpool area? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our supply team, supporting a range of welcoming and inclusive primary schools.

About the Role

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting classroom teachers and helping pupils reach their full potential. Assignments may be day-to-day, short-term, or long-term, offering flexibility to suit your availability and preferences with the potential of a permanent contract.

A Teaching Assistant's Key Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons

Requirements
