Job summary

Linslade School invites applications for Teaching Assistants to join our Learning Support Team. This permanent role offers 34.5 hours per week with NJC L2 pay scale (£20,992 - £21,324).

We seek an enthusiastic colleague who can help pupils with additional needs access learning inside and outside the classroom, bringing strong interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills and a calm, supportive presence.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our experienced and friendly Learning Support Team. We are looking for an exceptional colleague to be part of our school’s commitment to raise standards, but, above all, to enable pupils with additional needs to access learning; both inside and outside the classroom. The successful applicant will need to possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate that they have excellent literacy and numeracy skills, as well as a calm, positive and encouraging personality.
