Linslade School in Leighton Buzzard is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our Learning Support Team. The successful applicant will help pupils with additional needs access learning inside and outside the classroom and will need strong interpersonal skills, plus excellent literacy and numeracy abilities.

We seek an enthusiastic colleague with patience, empathy and a passion for learning who can contribute to our supportive school community.

Hours: 34.5 hours per week

Salary: NJC L2 pts 4-5 £20,992 - £21,324

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our experienced and friendly Learning Support Team. We are looking for an exceptional colleague to be part of our school's commitment to raise standards, but, above all, to enable pupils with additional needs to access learning; both inside and outside the classroom. The successful applicant will need to possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate that they have excellent literacy and numeracy skills, as well as a calm, positive and encouraging personality.
