Job summary

Reeson Education is recruiting an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Lightwater (GU18) to support a Year 3 class on a full-time, long-term basis, starting ASAP.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of primary school experience, be confident supporting pupils individually and in groups, and contribute to a positive learning environment across literacy and numeracy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Teaching Assistant Role

• Minimum of one year's experience working within a primary school - essential.
• Previous experience supporting KS2 pupils would be highly desirable.
• Good understanding of the expectations and routines of a primary school.
• Confident supporting children's learning both individually and in groups.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, enthusiastic and proactive.
• Reliable and able to commit to a full-time, long-term position.
• Available to start ASAP.
