Zest Education in Lichfield, Staffordshire is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant (Full-Time, Term Time Only) to provide high-quality support to pupils across the curriculum. This role focuses on helping children reach their potential in a caring, inclusive classroom.

You will work closely with class teachers and the wider school team to plan, deliver engaging activities, promote independence and wellbeing, support learners with additional needs, and contribute to a positive learning

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, caring and enthusiastic.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
  • Organised and flexible, able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Responsibilities

  • Support pupils' learning in the classroom and through small group or one-to-one interventions.

Working closely with class teachers and the wider school team, you will provide high-quality support to pupils across the curriculum, helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
