Contract: Full Time, Term Time Only + 5 Inset Days, Permanent
We are looking for a caring, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our School as a Teaching Assistant. This rewarding role plays a vital part in supporting students to access learning, achieve their potential and fully participate in school life. Working closely with teachers, the SEND team and other colleagues, you will provide tailored support to individual students and small groups, both in and out of the classroom, helping to remove barriers to learning and promote inclusion for all.
To undertake this role successfully, you will need to enjoy working with young people, communicate effectively and build positive relationships with students, colleagues and families. You will have a patient, resilient and proactive approach, a commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing, and a passion for helping young people develop academically, socially and emotionally. The Lighthouse Schools Partnership (LSP) is a Multi-Academy Trust which has experienced rapid growth since it started in 2016. From September there will be 33 schools in the Trust.
The Lighthouse Schools Partnership is cross-phase and includes Infant, Junior, Primary and Secondary schools. The Trust is a mixed MAT and includes both non-denominational and Church of England schools.
