Supply Team Education Ltd is seeking talented Teaching Assistants to work across Nursery, Primary and Secondary settings in Swansea. Roles include one-to-one support and small group assistance with flexible full-time, part-time, and ad-hoc options to fit your circumstances.

You’ll support pupils under teacher guidance, assist with classroom preparation, reading groups, and safeguarding protocols. The role offers valuable training and progression opportunities within a committed team.

Qualifications

• No qualifications required for the Teaching Assistant roles.
• Experience in similar environments (Education, Social Care, Youth Leadership, Sports Coaching) is valuable.
• Transferable skills can be applied to support across nursery, primary and secondary settings.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils under the guidance of the class teacher.
• Prepare classroom before each lesson and tidy/collect workbooks after.
• Assist with reading groups.

Supply Team are seeking talented, reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work within Nursery, Primary and Secondary School settings in Swansea.

In preperation for the new academic year in September, our Schools in Swansea require Teaching Assistants across all age groups, who are able to provide one-to-one support as well as being involved with small groups.

No qualifications needed, these roles require you to have gained experience in a similar environment; whether that be within Education, Social Care, Youth Leadership, Sports Coaching or something similar you will have all the transferable skills required to undertake the duties of a Teaching Assistant.

We have full-time, part-time and ad-hoc positions available, so whatever your circumstances, we will have a role that works for you.

Role Responsibilities

• To work under the guidance of the class teacher in supporting the pupils;
• Assisting with the preparation of the classroom before each lesson, as well as tidying/collecting workbooks etc at the end;
• Helping with reading groups;
• Working on a one-to-one basis where required;
• Attendance of school trips;
• Being aware of child protection and safeguarding protocols;
• Accompanying pupils whilst out of class;
• Carry out general administrative duties, as directed;
• Help and organise wall displays
