Job summary

Supply Team Education Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across Nursery, Primary and Secondary settings in Swansea. These roles offer flexibility with full-time, part-time and ad-hoc placements to fit around your circumstances.

No formal qualifications are required; priority is transferable experience from education, social care, youth leadership or coaching. You will support pupils one-to-one, assist with classroom prep, and help with reading groups while safeguarding

Responsibilities

• Support pupils under the guidance of the class teacher.
• Prepare the classroom and tidy away after lessons.
• Assist with reading groups.
• Provide one-to-one support where needed.
• Join pupils on school trips.
• Follow child protection and safeguarding protocols.
• Accompany pupils outside the classroom.
• Carry out general administrative duties.
• Help organise wall displays.
