Job summary

Weald Rise Primary School in Harrow invites applications for a Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. The role is full-time during term time, 32.5 hours per week (8:30am–4:00pm), with reporting to the Head Teacher.

You will support learning across the Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, work in class, small groups or one-to-one, and help create an engaging, inclusive learning environment aligned with our values of opportunity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Strong literacy and numeracy skills are essential.
• Be proactive, adaptable and enthusiastic team player.
• Demonstrate commitment to inclusive education across year groups.

Responsibilities

• Support learning across Foundation Stage to KS2 in the classroom, small groups or one-to-one.
• Contribute to an engaging, safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with planning, preparation and safeguarding procedures as required.
