The Greenwell Academy, part of The Beckmead Trust, is seeking outstanding and energetic Teaching Assistants to join our new purpose-built school in Harlow. The role is full time with a permanent contract, starting 1 September 2026.

Contract term is TTO (term time only) and pay grade NJC12 to NJC17. All appointments are subject to satisfactory references, medical clearance including Physical Intervention, an Enhanced DBS check, and verification of the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.

We are seeking to appoint outstanding and energetic Teaching Assistants at our new purpose built school in Harlow.

Information about the School

The Greenwell Academy will be offering a nurturing, inclusive environment for sixty four pupils with SEMH and associated needs with residential provision for fifteen pupils. We have high expectations for each child to leave as a confident young adult who is well prepared for the future. The school is sited in Harlow next to the Sir Frederick Gibberd secondary school.
