Midfield Primary School in Greater London invites applications for a Teaching Assistant to support learning across classes and work with the inclusion team to raise standards. You will assist with numeracy and literacy, support pupils with SEND as needed, and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment.
The post is permanent, 27.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days) with a 30 minute unpaid break, starting ASAP.
Monday to Friday 09:00am -3:00pm with 30 minute unpaid break
We are looking for a committed, hard-working, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who can demonstrate good classroom practice to join our experienced team supporting wider inclusion.
The successful candidate will be confident and willing to work collaboratively, committed and dedicated to improving children’s learning and have good numeracy and literacy skills.
Previous experience of working in a school is essential and a Level 3 or equivalent teaching support qualification, together with knowledge of SEND would be an advantage. All members of staff are offered the opportunity and encouraged to undertake relevant training for their roles.
