Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant seeking a long-term opportunity in a supportive primary school environment? A lovely school in Haringey is currently looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism in Key Stage 1.
This role is ideal for someone confident with SEN, patient, and creative, aiming to help a child thrive both emotionally and academically.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCO to adapt learning approaches to meet the individual needs of the pupil. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily routines, behaviour management, and communication strategies, all while fostering a calm and consistent learning environment.
