Teaching Assistant Job in London

From September 2022, we will support all schools across the UK with staffing requirements. We deliver high-quality educational experiences for children and young people within our local community, aiming to enhance their life chances and enable them to make substantial and sustained contributions to society.

We have an exciting opportunity for aspiring Teaching Assistants. The role involves a variety of responsibilities, primarily focused on supporting human resources work.

Duties Include:

1. Learning the fundamental skills required to become a teacher.
2. Assisting teachers in day-to-day classroom support and supporting pupils' learning.
3. Supporting the delivery of intervention and tuition sessions, assisting both KS3 and GCSE learners.
4. Supporting and potentially leading lessons with guidance and support.

Skills and Requirements:

We are working in partnership with a nationally recognized teaching school in the UK. Our partner schools are looking for candidates to work as graduate teaching assistants, with the goal of joining their teacher training program the following year.

Currently, there are 8+ positions for graduate teaching assistants on a 12-month basis before starting the teacher training program in September. We look forward to working with dedicated individuals with a genuine interest in teaching.
