Job summary

Inspiring Teaching is seeking multiple teaching assistants to join a Primary School in Gillingham. You will support pupils with daily needs and may work with children who have autism, significant learning difficulties and medical needs.

The role requires resilience, excellent rapport-building and a positive, enthusiastic attitude. Successful candidates will undergo DBS and right-to-work checks, with typical hours from 8:30am to 4:00pm and varied rates of pay depending on qualification and

Inspiring Teaching are currently seeking multiple teaching assistants to work at our brilliant Primary School based in Gillingham

We are looking for candidates who can assist with students’ daily needs and ideally have experience working with children who have autism, significant learning difficulties and additional medical needs.

Requirements

As a teaching assistant or student support assistant, you must have a natural attitude in behaviour management and interpersonal skills as well as a very enthusiastic and positive manner.

You must be able to have a level of resilience, be able to build rapport easily and will ideally have experience working with students who have Autism, physical & sensory disabilities and learning difficulties.
