Job summary

Saint Mary's Catholic Voluntary Academy in Grimsby invites applications for a permanent Teaching Assistant role starting 12 October 2026. You'll work with teachers to deliver engaging lessons, tailor support for individual pupils, and help foster a positive, inclusive classroom.

This position is 30 hours per week, term-time only, with progression opportunities within Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust.

Job description

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our students on their journey to success. You’ll work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons, provide tailored support for individual students, and foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

There will be opportunities to develop within the school and make a valued contribution to our children's learning.

This is a permanent role starting from October 12 2026, working for 30 hours per week, term time only.
