Job summary

Reeson Education is seeking an Intervention Teaching Assistant for a primary/SEN setting near Braintree. You will deliver targeted academic support across Upper KS2, focusing on reading comprehension, writing structure and Maths fluency, with well-planned interventions.

Interventions are tracked and reviewed with the SENCo and phase leader, and you will join a supportive team delivering measurable pupil progress in a structured classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering academic interventions in KS2.
• Confident in supporting Maths and English objectives.
• Able to assess progress and adapt sessions accordingly.
• Clear communication with teaching staff and SEN support teams.
• Organised, patient, and confident leading small groups.
• Graduates in English, Maths, Education, Psychology or similar encouraged to apply.
