This role is ideal for a Teaching Assistant who enjoys structured small-group work and making a measurable impact on pupil progress.
As an Intervention Teaching Assistant, you will work with pupils who require additional support in reading comprehension, writing structure, and Maths fluency. Interventions are well planned, tracked, and supported by the SENCo and phase leader, with clear objectives and regular review points.
