Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm – no weekend work required!
  • Support pupils with their learning and help keep the classroom running smoothly.
  • Assist the class teacher in preparing materials and leading fun, educational activities.
  • Deliver focused group and 1:1 support to pupils who need an extra boost.
  • Help foster a welcoming, safe, and inspiring classroom environment.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Clear and confident verbal communication skills.
  • Calm, patient, and positive attitude – especially when things get busy!
  • A true team player who loves working with others.
  • Experience in schools or childcare is a bonus – but not essential!
  • A current DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply.
  • Minimum Grade C (4) in GCSE Maths and English.
