Graduate English Teaching Assistant

• A 2:1 or First-Class degree in English or a related subject from a leading university (Russell Group preferred)
• Experience tutoring or mentoring young people, ideally in KS3 or KS4 (Desirable)
• A desire to grow within a school setting and explore teaching as a long-term career
• A professional, proactive attitude and a passion for helping young people thrive
• Confidence to work with students one-to-one and in small groups
