Job summary

Poplar Farm School is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support children and young people within our SEND and The Hive provision. You will work under the guidance of the SEND team to support learning and wellbeing in an inclusive setting.

The role offers a supportive induction, ongoing professional development, and the opportunity to make a real difference in a warm school community.

We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work with children and young people as directed, within our SEND and alternative provision support base, The Hive.
