Education Impact Academy Trust invites applications for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant. This permanent role offers 32.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri) or 26 hours over 4 days, term time only, with a Grade 2 salary (£24,796 to £26,824 FTE) and SEN allowance included.
The successful candidate will support learning, provide pastoral care to students with diverse needs, assist with classroom activities, and work closely with teachers to foster an inclusive, high‑quality learning environment.

Education Impact Academy Trust is a MAT incorporating The Hive College, Wilson Stuart School, Queensbury School and Mayfield School. The Hive College is based in Erdington, Birmingham and is a Specialist Further Education College for learners aged 19-25 years with Special Educational Needs and disabilities.
