Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd are seeking a SEND HLTA to join a special needs school in Farnborough and surrounding areas. You will support children in CLASSROOM/1:1 settings, including those with ADHD, Dyslexia, and behavioural needs, in a full-time term-time role starting ASAP.

The position emphasizes stability, teamwork, and a commitment to safeguarding, with CPD opportunities offered and a dedicated consultant guiding your placement.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with learning difficulties or disabilities.
• Comfortable working with challenging behaviour.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and students.
• 5 days a week and able to commit to a contract 8.30 starts full time term time only.

Responsibilities

• Support children in a classroom setting or on a 1:1 basis.

Empowering Learning Ltd are looking for SEND HLTA for a special needs school in Farnborough and surrounding areas.

We are looking for outstanding and SEN experienced Teaching Assistants who are dedicated to supporting children in a classroom setting or on a 1:1 basis. The schools cater for children with varied SEND needs such as ADHD, Dyslexia, Emotional and Behavioural difficulties.

Role starting ASAP

The role is to work in a school.

They are seeking a Higher-level TA, Learning Support

Hours of work 8.30 to 4 pm.

Working with challenging behaviour.

To be considered for the position you must have the following:

• Experience supporting children with learning difficulties or disabilities.
• Comfortable working with challenging behaviour.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and students.
