Job summary

Northern Education Trust in England is seeking a dedicated candidate to support interventions with students requiring additional mentoring to achieve GCSEs, and to work with other small groups and individuals across Key Stage 3 and 4 under the direction of a class teacher or Inclusion Manager.

The role focuses on promoting learning and the welfare of pupils, providing practical and learning support, with safeguarding and health wellbeing at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Supports students requiring additional mentoring and learning support.
• Works with small groups and individual students across Key Stage 3 and 4 under the direction of a class teacher/Inclusion Manager.
• Complies with safeguarding and pre-employment checks as part of Keeping Children Safe in Education 2025.

Responsibilities
