The Role

Working alongside teachers and tutors, you'll support the delivery of engaging and personalised educational programmes that meet the individual needs of our learners.You'll provide encouragement, structure and consistency, helping young people engage with learning, develop confidence and achieve their personal goals, while creating a safe and supportive environment where they can thrive.

  • Helping to create a nurturing, inclusive and motivating learning environment.
About You

  • Committed to safeguarding, inclusion and continuous professional development.
  • Qualified to a minimum of Level 2 in English and Maths (GCSE Grade 4/C or above, Functional Skills Level 2, or equivalent).

Experience working with children and young people in an education, care or support setting is essential, alongside the values, attitude and commitment needed to make a positive difference every day.
