Job summary

Vision for Education is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils in Colchester schools, working closely with teachers to aid learning and daily development.

You’ll help with lessons, small groups, classroom preparation and creating a positive, safe environment, while supporting pupils’ social, emotional and educational needs. Flexible roles across local schools.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children is desirable

• The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff

About the Role

Vision for Education is looking for enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to join schools across Colchester. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children and helping them get the most out of their education.

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers to support pupils in the classroom, helping with learning, activities and their day-to-day development.
