Job summary

Masterclass Education is sourcing a Teaching Assistant for a prominent Independent Primary School in Chichester. This full-time role supports learning and development across the school day, with responsibilities across year groups and 1-1 support.

You will work closely with teachers to prepare lessons, supervise breaks, and promote an inclusive, positive classroom environment. Experience with children is preferred, and a DBS via Update Service is suggested.

• Support learning and development across the school day.

• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
• Supervise students during breaks, activities and transitions.
• Promote pupil engagement, independence and confidence.

Rate: £95 - £105 per day

The Role:

• As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting learning and development throughout the school day. Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting a wide range of students across various year groups including 1-1.
• Creating a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Providing tailored support to pupils with additional needs, including ADHD, Autism, and social/emotional challenges
