Master Class Education Limited is partnering with an Outstanding-rated Independent Primary School in the Chichester area to recruit a Teaching Assistant. This full-time role supports pupils across year groups and assists teachers with lesson delivery in a warm, inclusive environment.

The position welcomes experienced TAs and those starting a career in education. DBS on Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) is required, with weekly PAYE pay and supportive, flexible work arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Supporting a wide range of students across year groups including 1-1.

• Providing tailored support to pupils with additional needs (e.g., ADHD, Autism).
• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
• Supervising students during breaks and transitions.
• Promoting pupil engagement, independence and confidence.

The Role:

• As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting learning and development throughout the school day. Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting a wide range of students across various year groups including 1-1.
• Creating a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Providing tailored support to pupils with additional needs, including ADHD, Autism, and social/emotional challenges
• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
• Supervising students during breaks, activities, and transitions
• Promoting pupil engagement, independence, and confidence

Essential Requirements:
