Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with young people (11–16) in school, youth group, tutoring or care setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills with an approachable, confident manner.
• Proactive attitude and ability to hit the ground running in different classroom settings each day.
• Based in or able to commute easily to Castle Cary.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or equivalent; a degree or TA qualification is an advantage but not essential.
• Must hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.
