Job summary

Wessex Learning Trust in Burnham-on-Sea is seeking an enthusiastic teaching assistant to support learners and contribute to a calm, well-organised classroom environment. In this role you will help prepare pupils for learning and support them across activities.

You will work closely with a dedicated staff team to raise attainment and foster a positive school community. The position offers ongoing professional development and wellbeing support within our growing multi-academy trust.
