Job summary

TailorEDucation is seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant to support pupils' learning across 3-5 days a week in long-term roles. You will assist with engaging lessons or activities, help maintain a positive classroom environment, and work closely with teachers to tailor support to individual pupils.

The ideal candidate will have Level 2/3 qualifications in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Early Years, experience with 1:1 and group support, and a good understanding of safeguarding and child

As a Teaching Assistant working with TailorEDucation, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils' learning and development. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons or learning activities, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and ensuring pupils are inspired to achieve their best. You must have experience of working with children.
