TailorEDucation Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Teaching Assistant to work 3–5 days a week with flexible hours, supporting pupils' learning and development across Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham, and Strood. You will deliver engaging activities and help maintain a positive classroom environment.

Ideal candidates hold Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Early Years, have experience with 1:1 and group support, and demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and safeguarding knowledge.

Qualificações

• The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Early Years Education.
• Experience supporting children and young people on a 1:1 and group basis.
• A nurturing and proactive approach to supporting learning and development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with teachers and other staff.
• An understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles.

As a Teaching Assistant working with TailorEDucation, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils' learning and development across Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham and strood. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons or learning activities, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and ensuring pupils are inspired to achieve their best. You must have experience of working with children.
