Job summary

TailorEDucation is seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant to support pupils' learning across 3-5 days a week in long-term roles. You will assist with engaging lessons or activities, help maintain a positive classroom environment, and work closely with teachers to tailor support to individual pupils.

The ideal candidate will have Level 2/3 qualifications in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Early Years, experience with 1:1 and group support, and a good understanding of safeguarding and child

Qualifications

• Level 2/3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Early Years Education.
• Experience supporting children on a 1:1 and group basis.
• Nurturing and proactive approach to supporting learning and development.
• Strong communication and teamwork with teachers and staff.
• Understanding safeguarding and child protection principles.
