Job summary

Operam Education is partnering with a warm, welcoming primary school in Bromley to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant who will provide one-to-one support for a Year 1 pupil with ASD. This full-time role starts as soon as possible, with the potential to continue into the next academic year.

You will bring hands-on Early Years SEN experience, a patient and engaging approach, and strong teamwork skills to help the pupil access learning and follow support plans.

Qualifications

• SEN experience and Early Years background required.
• Hands-on experience in Early Years education and SEN support.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with their learning in class, in small groups, and on a one-to-one basis.

Role: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Bromley

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4pm

Pay: £450 - £600 per week

We are partnering with a warm, welcoming, and inclusive primary school in Bromley that is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide one-to‑one support for a Year 1 pupil with ASD.
