Job summary

Operam Education is partnering with a warm, welcoming primary school in Bromley to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for Year 1, supporting ASD needs. This full-time role runs Mon–Fri, 8:30am–4pm, starting as soon as possible with potential extension into the next academic year.

You will work to support learning and development, in-class and one-to-one, helping pupils access plans and progress with the guidance of the classroom teacher.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant with SEN.
• Hands-on experience in Early Years education.
• Ability to support pupils one-to-one and in small groups.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with their learning in class, in small groups, and on a one-to-one basis.
• Work closely with pupils with SEN, helping them access learning and follow support plans.
• Assist the teacher with classroom activities and behaviour management.

Role: SEN Teaching Assistant – Location: Bromley – Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4pm – Pay: £450 - £600 per week
