The Education Network Birmingham is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a busy special school in South Birmingham on a permanent basis. You will provide 1-2-1 and small group support for pupils with SEND, work closely with teachers and therapists, and help pupils engage with learning, build confidence and independence in a nurturing environment.
The role includes DBS checks and ongoing training.

This excellent special school in South Birmingham is looking to appoint a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team on a permanent basis.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide high-quality support for pupils with a range of special educational needs. You will support students on a 1-2-1 and small group basis, helping them engage with learning, develop confidence and build independence within a structured and nurturing environment.

This role requires previous experience supporting children with special educational needs and ideally a Level 3 Teaching Assistant / LSA qualification. The successful candidate will be patient, proactive and passionate about helping young people succeed.
