About the Role:
  • Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
  • Location: Lincoln and nearby areas
  • Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you’ll:

  • Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them overcome challenges.
  • Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment.
  • Assist students with additional needs, ensuring their full participation in activities.
  • Prepare learning materials and maintain classroom organisation.
  • Monitor student progress and communicate with the teacher to adapt strategies as needed.
