Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant in Salford to support pupils with additional needs across KS1–KS2. This full-time role follows school hours, with an immediate start and ongoing daily support from a dedicated consultant.

You will assist with small group and 1:1 learning, help build communication and confidence, and contribute to an inclusive classroom environment. Weekly pay ranges from 470 to 570 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children in a primary school setting.
• Experience or genuine interest in supporting pupils with additional needs.
• Calm, patient and positive approach.
• Ability to work with children across a range of abilities and needs.

Responsabilités

SEN Teaching Assistant Full Time Salford Immediate Start

Are you an energetic, patient and engaging Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with additional needs?

A welcoming primary school in Salford is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team, starting as soon as possible.

The Role

You'll support pupils with special educational needs, helping them make progress academically, build confidence and enjoy their learning. This is a full-time role, working school hours, and a varied, rewarding one where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver small group and 1:1 learning support to pupils with SEN across KS1 and KS2
• Support teachers with planning, preparation and classroom delivery
• Help pupils develop communication, confidence and social skills
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
• Work closely with teachers, the SENCo and school staff to support pupil progress
