Are you currently a teaching assistant whose role is ending this academic year? Are you seeking more flexibility starting from September?

Aspire People is now accepting registrations for September vacancies! We are recruiting for long-term, short-term, and daily roles across EYFS to Key Stage 2 (full-time and part-time).

Requirements for Our Teaching Assistant Roles:
  1. Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification (or an equivalent for ratio purposes)
  2. Experience working with children who have additional needs
  3. Experience within a Primary School (preferably 6+ months)
  4. Updated and clean DBS on the update service
  5. The ability to inspire children
  6. Ability to work as part of a team
