About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional candidate to join a dedicated team of staff at Ark Dickens Primary Academy.

We are seeking passionate, experienced, and dedicated Teaching Assistants who will be responsible for supporting the learning and development of students.

Our ideal candidate will:

1. Have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a teaching assistant,
2. Have worked with children with specific learning, physical, and social needs,
3. Be a good team player with strong interpersonal skills,
4. Have high expectations of pupil behaviour,
5. Contribute to the ethos of a friendly, happy school where personal development and well-being are prioritized, and both academic and personal qualities of children are recognized and valued.
