Job summary

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a Teaching Assistant in Birkenhead to support pupils’ learning in and out of the classroom, helping deliver engaging lessons and activities alongside teachers. You will foster confidence, independence and positive behaviour, work as part of a supportive team, and contribute to a safe, inclusive environment.

DBS checks and training opportunities are provided, with weekly pay and a pension scheme.

• Previous experience supporting children in an education setting (school experience desirable)
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
• A genuine passion for helping young people thrive
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
