Job summary

Springfield Primary School in Bedford is seeking a Teaching Assistant (Level 2) on a fixed-term contract until August 2027. The post is 35 hours per week, term-time only plus five training days, with a salary at L2 points 4–5 (£21,296–£21,633 actual).

You will support pupils and staff with general classroom tasks, with a focus on Key Stage 1. Full training and safeguarding checks will be provided, and references are required.

The role will involve supporting pupils and staff though the provision of general assistance in the classroom and the school, more specifically in Key Stage 1.
